Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-09-02.2 — last updated September 2, 2026.
Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is prohibited when using Kelt Forge. It is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Kelt Forge to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; access or attempt to access another organization's projects, data, or credentials without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Kelt Forge or its infrastructure; circumvent or attempt to circumvent Kelt Forge's sandboxing, approval-gate, or other security controls; or resell or provide third-party access to Kelt Forge without our prior written agreement.
AI-Specific Restrictions
You may not direct Forge AI to generate malware, exploits, or code intended to gain unauthorized access to any system; to attempt to exfiltrate another customer's data or credentials; or to attempt to bypass the review-and-approval workflow that gates changes to your project's main branch.
Fair Use of Credits and Infrastructure
Free trial credits and any promotional credit grants are intended for genuine evaluation of Kelt Forge by a single organization. You may not create multiple accounts or organizations to obtain additional trial credits, or use Kelt-managed infrastructure for workloads unrelated to building and operating a project through Kelt Forge.
Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content hosted or generated through Kelt Forge infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the material you claim is infringing and its location, and your contact information, along with the good-faith and accuracy statements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
We have not yet completed formal registration of a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until that registration is completed, please direct copyright notices to legal@kelt.com.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access, and, where required by law, disclosing information to authorities. See our Terms of Service for the general suspension and termination terms that apply.
